Jennifer Davis, Co-Founder, and CEO of Davisware, a global technology company, strategically focused upon operational efficiency and analytics solutions supporting the growth and success of their field services businesses.  Founded in 1988 by Jennifer and her husband, Dan, Davisware grew to over 200 employees globally before taking on an investment partner with Serent Capital in 2019.  All of this went on while being parents to their ten children.

Exponentiality is a series of books written to share secrets with success driven entrepreneurs and business leaders on how to successfully balance a full business and personal life.   This series is specifically focused upon equality with balance and how to find time to enjoy a personal life alongside of a successful career.   The first book in the series is, Living Exponentially: Unlocking the Potential of Every Moment in Your Business and Life! It will be available in early 2021.

Jennifer’s passion has always centered around helping other success-minded entrepreneurs, business leaders and parents learn from their successes and challenges.  Sharing secrets with others who are on a similar journey fuels her passion for helping other entrepreneurs and families.  Jennifer states, “Too many entrepreneurs create a business to have a better life, but then they give up their life to sustain the business. They succeed by the numbers but lose the joy of what they do. I didn’t want that for our family.  I want others to learn from our learnings. As a mom of a large family, I have a special empathy for working mothers and parents of large families and the tremendous tug of war that is felt on time and resources.  Through exponential thinking, we created a balance that helped our family experience the fullest joy at work and at home. This book series will help other success-minded entrepreneurs and business leaders learn what I did and execute sooner, faster, and better than we did it.“

Outside of a demanding work and home schedule, Jennifer and her husband Dan, have been  passionate coaches and community servant over the last 17 years, including coaching nearly 100 youth sports volleyball, baseball, basketball, football, gymnastics and cross-country teams. The key to her success is also the title of her book is, Exponentiality. Jennifer explained, “According to wiki, the word Exponentiality is defined as the condition of being exponential. That definition didn’t adequately define what exponentiality really is, so I created my own.  Exponentiality is a mindset of using skills, tools, and technology to make the highest and best use of an individual’s time and talent. It means making a conscious effort to get the most out of every moment, every minute, and every interaction. Living exponentially is living life to the fullest.”

Jennifer added, “My passion for small business is fueled by the reality that small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy and the backbone of our local communities. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I learned at a young age how vital small business is to a community.  When small businesses are healthy and prosperous, the communities they serve benefit and prosper. 2020 has brought unforeseen challenges to small businesses and has created urgency for me to get this book series started.  Small businesses create jobs, support other small businesses, and support their communities.  For our communities to thrive, the businesses that support them need to thrive.  Through this book series, entrepreneurs and business leaders can gain support for their journey through these unprecedented times.”

Spotlight Publishing specializes in helping entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals share their stories and create authority positioning for their brands.

“We are extremely excited to have Jennifer sign with us. She is a dynamic leader with a timely and compelling message that can help entrepreneurs overcome many of the challenges they face trying to grow their business in these uncertain times,” said Phil Faris, founder of Spotlight Publishing.

Small business success is vital to the country’s economy. There are more than 30 million small businesses in the U.S. employing just over half of U.S. workers and 98.2% of those businesses employ less than 100 people. Firms with fewer than 20 employees employed 20.2 million and created two-thirds of the 1.8 million new jobs in 2019. Twenty percent of small businesses are family-owned, which lends stability to local economies because leadership tenure in a Family Enterprise is four to five times longer than their counterparts. Also, 1.2 million family-owned businesses are like Davisware and have married couples as owners.

Living Exponentially: Unlocking the Potential of Every Moment in Your Business and Life! Will be available for purchase on Amazon and other retail outlets in early 2021.
