A dynamic voice in Blues and New Age music, Sirene Dona began her musical foray in 2013. Her narrative trajectory was rooted within the story of the girl, Cosette from the book “The Misérables” by Emile Zola. Recognizing herself in this girl, the artist painted a series of pictures of how Cosette fights against injustice in the world and helps save the world. After illness, suffering, death and resurrection in Africa, Cosette sent Lucifer, the fallen angel, back to divine heaven and closed hell, aiding tormented souls to find peace.
Following the imprint of her metaphor, Sirene Dona hopes to battle the vices of poverty, racism, and inequality, by championing the spirit of humanity. Believing that physical differences combine to create a mix of injustices and bias, expressed through racism in infinite variants, the artist works to diligently produce the best of her craft.
